Waiting for the Sword Impulse i bought this one, the Aegis Gundam. A SHAME many internet shops involved in gundam modelkits don't ship to Europe, and in the ones that do, there aren't all the ones i want T_T ... Oh well, i had this one at least, in a shop here where i live.

The harder you buy Gunplas, the more time you can paint them. When I began to learn painting, it took me 10 times of time to finish one kit. However, the result worth it. Now I mainly play with the Sangokuden series. They're cheap (comparing with the HG and MG kits), easy to build. both cute and handsome, and comtaining many "Mystery Specs" that did not release BB models before. I also search the old No-Grade kits, for the same reason.
that and the build, and well it transforms ;p.. also.. lol i just checked my account and the comments updated, i was amused, yz Have some babble >.> lul.. small thing I did reicently else where but dont post here.

Bandit Industries United 'Mech Works and Design..
A new company, partially funded by JMY inc and various in House stockholders, has hit the field, so to speak. Taking advantage of the increase in resources post 3080, this fledgling corporation has settled on the 50 ton market, advertising its four new designs as the 'Fighting 49'ers' as each is slightly under tonn'ed mass wise.
Designing each unit, a central theme was chosen. Seeing the popularity of the reverse joint pattern as of late, Bandit Industries settled on the Marauder, a mech with much history, as its template. Initial designs called for a moderately fast mech, with enough jump jet reach to allow it to move in , and out of combat quickly also to help support brawling combat, thus each mech's opposing arm is equipped with a mounted and functional melee weapon for close range when other weapons are cycling or empty.
Weapons load wise each variant carries a varied package, three being combat focused designs and a fourth fitting the middle ground as a sensor/command unit for recon work. Each mech uses a great variety of 'off the shelf' hardware, incorporated into builds many are familiar with to help show off the 'everyman' aspect of their designs.
Sleekly, low slung body's between the legs and long arms, the are well built, each is more then capable of sprinting, dodging and jumping as well as other builds and both the tonnage load out and engine performance are more then adequate for most needs. Against the builds, are somewhat thin armor here and there, and a preference for a specific rated engine and speed factor. Few if any customization options are given, however buyers may choose to replace the melee weapon with a weapons package from any of the four designs.
If nothing else the mech's can perform well for those who enjoy the capability of the larger Battlemech it is based on, but do not have the means to afford or purchase the larger machine. Unlike many companies, Bandit Industries offers free replacement parts for the battlemech 120 days after purchase and will repair it for a reduced cost during that time. Afterwards parts may be purchased at a 10% discount and a 25% discount on repair from any of their three locations in the Combine and one in Davion space.
Production numbers are small due to the limited manufacturing capabilities, but this company has been able to outfit many purchasers in a two to five month time frame with no problems. Order lines are typically filled within deadlines and thanks to careful advertising of their builds, the right people are getting their hands on these first.
While exact battlefield specs and capabilities are semi classified right now, this is soon to change as more data is gotten on these Bandit mech's . What is known is that they are well armed for their weight class, fast, and in units able to rapidly take down larger mechs via combined fire and precision strikes.
Schematics and short information follows.
The Bandit Prince is the , thus far, flagship model for Bandit Industries. Being the original built. This design relies heavily on its LBX class auto cannon to pound targets at range and then keep them moving with its twin SRM4 racks when they get close. A pair of small lasers, round out the weaponry, primarily used for point blank shots or anti infantry use. Its melee weapon is a massive tomahawk like wedge of steel, razor sharp. Sales wise this unit has sold over 75 units to various groups, mostly as supplementary for secondary lances and guard work.

Bandit Brawler: This mech is BI's answer to a 'grinder' mech, being heavily armed for its weight clas and more then capable of dishing out punishment. Its main weaponry consists of both a PPC and a class 5 auto cannon on one arm and a set of medium lasers mounted in the head/turret to maximize their field of fire. Up close the Brawler variant has a large mace attached to its arm, suitable for crushing mech limbs in a single blow at close range. This design has sold well on Solaris 7, for price conscious arena jocks looking for a well armed middle weight mech. Numbers wise it has almost sold as well as the Prince, having 56 units bought to date.

Bandit Hunter: Specialized, this BI build is focused towards long range, multiple warhead combat, carrying a mixed load out of missiles that allow it to quickly designate and destroy targets. A 'no frills' approach to the secondary weapons has given this mech a trio of medium pulse lasers as its backup hardware and a large sword, attached via a pneumatic joint to the arm, allowing it to make sweeping attacks when pressed close. Primarily built as the companion to the Stalker, this unit sells well for long range combat pilots, people seeking a multiple function firing platform and those who want a machine well built for its price to serve as a mobile turret; all functions which it performs admirably at with or without the Stalker's assistance. Numbers wise this build has sold about 32 units thus far.

Bandit Stalker: The paired unit for the Hunter, or a stand alone support/sensor mech, this BI build is focused towards detection and tracking instead of weapons output. Meant to serve in a command or linking mode, it also comes with an attachment module for a C3 system (Though BI doesn't sell C3 systems) Its weaponry is based more towards mission duration, being mostly laser hardware with a matched MRM10 launcher for midrange fire offensive power. A large battle talon, is this machines melee weapon, used for ripping open cockpits mostly, the small lasers fitting the role of pilot eliminator. Its performance falls into the middle ground compared to the other three but is more then suitable for general use. This mech thus far is the usual one BI will offer modification for, typically in the form of switching out the sensor pods for different equipment. Numbers wise this machine has sold quite low, only 26 units being purchased thus far, but future sales may be better as BI's line of equipment is expanded.
