I tried installing a mod. It didn't work, and removing the mod just broke everything even more.
So Oblivion is 100% broken, which means the end of these little comic things. To fix it, I'd have to reinstall everything along every mod to keep my saved game, which... well... is more effort than I'm willing to go through as of right now. I might do it at some later point, but not soon.
