I think the lens flare is a little distracting from the character. Everything seems in proportion, some elements just look like they need to be rotated a little towards the horizon. For your first complex background it isn't bad. I like the rock formation in the background and the setting sun in the middle of it.
*was faking it* :p jk heh, and thanks for your opinion, I actually rotated the background a bit but i should have rotated more *shrug* well, living and learning, but all this makes me thing of a new method for coloring, I was really lost with all the layers with layer modes on this draw -w- time for looking at tutorials~
