Digital lifeforms and programms are most easily recognized by their data frames. The coloring and pattern is all very individual, but generally the frame segments take a triangular or tetraangular shape.

The frame itself serves not only as an interface for interacting with the digital world, but also as a skin of sorts protecting from stray data discharges. Wings are a common feature, but not a neccesity among digital lifeforms. Not only do they increase mobility in low density space, but they also serve as additional receptors, not unlike antennae.
