Yeah, I know.... I am prolly not the first person to do a Leiji Matsumoto furry pic, but what the hell, I grew up with his stuff and still love it to this day. I thought he'd look better as a fox cause he's reallly not the cat type... Too dashing and all that... anyone who comes up with Capn Furlock cutesy tag or whatever will be summarily shunned.

This is totally amazing. Leji Matsumoto totally dosent get enough credit. I love like everything he's done. And Herlock and Emeraldes are still my two favorite characters.

You got it! I always loved Yamato, Herlock, Emeraldas, and not to mention GE 999! He is the grandaddy of Anime, along with Osamu Tezuka. Glad it made you think of good things!

Yeah. GE is a favorite. I recently had found the 3rd movie and downloaded it subbed (Never released in america). But sadly it was on my drive that died only days after so gotta find it again. But yeah. Leji Matsumoto, Osamu Tezuka (BTW. Apollo rocked!), and Hayao Miyazaki are the backbone of anime. May as well be the damn forefathers. At least Tezuka.
