Heyyyy!!! Looks like old Dib there is finally warming up to his dance date Zoe-Kitten! =D Maybe there's a hopeless romantic buried down in that complex mind of his after all? ^_^

Just a little birthday art for  zoe-chan featuring the cub version of her fursona and Dib from the Invader Zim TV series.

This is my first attempt ever at drawing Dib, and any IZ character for that matter! At first I was rather unhappy with the initial sketches of him, but I think on the whole he came out pretty on-model. I didn't even need to refer to any IZ footage or screenshots since Zoe-Chan's drawing of the characters are so spot-on model. =D

And of course Zoe-Kitten came out cute right from the start, and this is my first time drawing the young version of her character too. ^_^

Drawing characters doing this particular dance step is hard, BTW. o_o

The shading is a little odd. I started out with the show's shading style but by the end I I had slipped into my own shading style. <.< So it ended up a bit of a hybrid... >.>
