Short version of DA comment: These guys were a revival of a alien species I made way in 2009 I did nothing with. I molded the story around that a bit so they would be woobies that were thought to be extinct for a very long time only to show up again in 2013. They were originally rescued by Grey aliens but now live in basically the space UN's residential area.
