Second one of the set, Gargoyles, basically humanoid pigeons wiht inspirations form harpies, they live in the roofs of large buildings, like churches and warehouses. Mostly harmless, they live mostly off bird eggs, rodents, stray cats and so on, they have a fused set of teeth, giving them a sharp beak like jaw. Their tails are broad and sail like, letting them steer very well in tight spaces, they are about half a meter tall, and have a two meter wing span. While not exactly sharp, they are much closer to sentience then the vampires, with a rudimentary understanding of languages and culture, they can be trained, and are rather loyal to humans who allow them to roost unmolested, defending their homes from thieves, vagabonds and vermin. They lack a culture themselves, being mostly scattered family groups, often taking up the trappings of the local religion or festivities, thought they have almost no understanding of possessions or trade. More then one human family has been crushed under a collapsing roof, only to find that generations of gargoyles had been hording gold coins they found. The gargoyles are more than willing to share anything they find with just about anyone, so long as it isn't food.
