Get this on Pokemon OR/AS on a route when you cross the bridge you'll see a cave below called scorched Slab and if you make it to the very bottom floor you'll see a note right when you enter saying something about you sweating like crazy and then enter the portal in the back and lower Heatrans HP down to red but use a fire type pokemon instead and DO NOT USE ANY WATER TYPE MOVES and there you go.
