I loved Legion best lol, though Thane and Garrus were always top of the 'romanceable characters' list for me. I did love Tali's design to death. Liara, as a character, ticked me off. Felt like the writers were forcing her down the player's throat imo, and unfortunately the only character you can't kill off lol.
in the mass effect series there was only one character i just couldn't stand, and that was Jack, just couldn't like her....came to respect her by ME3 from the grissom academy mission but still didn't like her
