Quinne's perched above a dunk tank filled with slime . . . she looks a little nervous though . . . are you prepared to take her place and let her dunk you instead? If there are no volunteers I guess she's going to get it soon. XD
EDIT: The hardest part of this pic was working out what to put in the tank. The first version I put up kind of had reddish slime (I was going for chocolate but it didn't look like that either). So I've gone for traditional green slime! What do you think? ^.^ You might have to reload the pic for the new version to show up. XD

It might be the color you're dissatisfied with. Red (especially dark red) can be subliminally thought of as blood. Dark browns can sometimes be thought of as grotesque as well. If you're looking for something that's not "classic green" blue, orange and purple seem to be popular. I'd say orange would be good given everything else in the picture
You know I think you're right. I did green, and orange and a lighter red. I even filled it with baked beans and was rather proud of how it turned out . . . but that seemed a little too gross!
It got to that color because I was trying to make it chocolate batter . . . which I completely forgot about when I filled in the description and I'm not sure it looks the right shade of reddish brown for chocolate now that I've uploaded it. These always seem to be a slightly different color when I'm coloring them! I'll change it. Orange sounds good . . . maybe I'll go back to beans. Would have explained why she was quite so nervous though! XD

I won't just take your place like that, but... I think a compromise could be worked out! I.e., I'll sit there and you can sit in my lap ;)
I know everyone has commented on the color issue, and while I've never had an issue with red slime, I think that to keep it looking synthetic, it helps if it's a really bright red. Darker crimson like that can be a bit foreboding. But slime belongs in every color of the rainbow :)
