A good friend of mine, Lig, suggested a scene with two of his characters, Warren, and Talia.

It didn't turn out too bad, but there is one thing in this picture I messed up so bad on it makes me cringe every time I look at it. I won't mention it, and hopefully it'll go by unnoticed, but I think those with a bit more experience will see it right away.

Another interesting detail. Though I added a background in this picture, I still, ironically, ended up with the problem of white fur against white background XD. I think the coloring ended up not too bad, and I experimented with shadows, but I still have to work on characters self-shadowing.

Those of you wondering about Warren's tail... I debated for a while whether it should be out in the open, tucked inside his jacket or inside some kind of tail glove. I went for the latter option, figuring a feline would probably require it for balance, but one from the hot savanna would need to cover it up while Talia, who is native from Siberia, doesn't need that kind of protection.
