(Borrowed the title from one of Savicorn's doodles, because she and I had been joking about her making a t-shirt featuring "fat, happy unicorns"--if she does, I plan to get one!) :D
Anyway, finally got another pic of me at Desucon 8 (very few were taken, and most were blurry), wearing the adorable Lunacorn mask that Savicorn (
SavannahHorrocks) made me. She also made a tail to go with it, and I made a pair of gloves, but you can't see them here. Maybe next time, I'll paint my neck white so it doesn't show so much. Also forgot to tie my hair back. :P Pic was taken by my dear friend Linnpuzzle on DA (with her cellphone, so it's a bit grainy). <3

I just love that mask! I am kinda finally ready to make Delta, and I have been hording materials since 2004 about to do it. I can't afford to go to someone for a realistic head, but I know with patience and care I will be able to make myself something like that.

Awesome...we have very few fairs here, and only in summer, and they are mostly viking/medieval based, not fantasy, so they kinda look down on those who come dressed us as fantasy creatures. I miss the faires in the US where you could go anything you wanted, so long as it was fantasy. :)
