I have no idea what im going to call this thing yet .. Any ways, i was having fun and watching something with my in laws last night and this kind of came from it ..It was one of those Mermaids: The Body Found things ...

And it had these cool looking digitally rendered mers and i kind of wanted to make a primal looking one.

I figured that since it was deep sea, it needed some kind of light feature on it so that it could attract its mates and its meals. I liked the shark details so i kept them.

And i kind of gave it this pretty fin hair.. i liked how it turned out.
