The title might be a bit confusing for those who aren't aware of my airplane's history. The DHC-2 Beaver, a legendary Canadian bush aircraft, is registered to--and parked within--the USA in this photo...but the mountains it is pointing at are located in British Columbia.

"Extended" in my case means the airframe or the engine mount has been modified in some way to extend the length of the aircraft (many have had this done). Windows only allow for more visibility from the unmodified cabin space within.

yeah I will agree with that. I think the older aircraft had more graceful lines than many of the new aircraft.
My Rockhopper is not going to have graceful lines, but there is a beauty that comes from what it's designed to do on low horsepower. I hope the real thing does as well as what they spreadsheets tell us.
