Not entirely happy with the polish on this piece but I am unsure if I can fix it up without screwing up the enamel on the paw.

Copper shape etched and then enameled with a blue enamel. Cleaned it up with my flex shaft and a burr, but that is the root of the unhappiness.The burr while cleaning up the sluff and slop of the extra enamel and the discoloration of the copper did nothing for the texture of the piece. Normally you file it smooth, but I fear it would mess up the shine of the enamel.

(tried to do it with the nail file like always, but it scuffed the glass)
