actually, this is extremely accurate. the reptilian brain can only process the moment and is impulsive, the mammalian brain is a little better and more flexible, but still very emotional and any processing done there is usually crude, and the neocortex (the fun part) is very concerned by the future consequences of behavior, and ideally should always have the final word. i love how you depicted it as an angel/devil on the shoulder, with the core self (emotional mammalian brain) caught in the middle, and forced to choose who it will listen to. VERY WELL DONE!!!
