It had been months since we first met, I can still remember the commotion she caused coming aboard our ship. Her fierce icelandic voice booming through the halls of the ship, demanding to be taken back to her home. I giggle softly at the memory, my fierce warrior woman from Earth.
"What are you thinking about?" she says as she comes up to stand beside me.
"I'm thinking about when we first met. I'm thinking I'm really going to miss you, my love." I feel the tears welling up in my eyes, but before they have a chance to fall she pulls me soundly in her embrace.
"I did ask you to come with me. Come stay with me at my home."
"You know I can't, I still have to find...." but before I could finish, she silenced me with a tender kiss.
"I know, just as I have responsibilities to my people - you have responsibilities toward yours. I just ask- maybe...when you are done with all this you will let me show you my world."
I rested my head on her chest and together we looked out the huge viewing window. Her planet wasn't far away now and soon she would be leaving me.
For now I would hold her, My Dema, and pray this moment would last just a while longer.Sorry for the writing quality, something I just came up with. I felt the picture needed a story. xD;;;

.... ;___; just popped onto fa to quickly check some stuff, and this is the single submission waiting in my watch list... <3 I could hardly believe their lovingly sad expressions, feels so real! and the STORY... ;__; PERFECT. <3 makes me want to try to write something about them... dema's story/world is already crossing/clashing with several others, so why not add a space fantasy. <3
