Nobody knows where the Origin came from, or what Pom now holds the distinction of having the most pure genetic lineage from the original parasite. The events that transpired thousands of years ago have lead to the massive proliferation of the species and thousands of strains were witnessed during the height of the Feral Tiapora infestation of known civilized lands.

The Origin originally infested a Batosian and spread to other Batosians. However the Bat's natural empathic link to one another has adverse effects on the Tiapora, sometimes warding them off altogether. This has lead to an informal sort of inter-species cooperation with some Tiapora acting like pets or servants with the major Batosian population fundamentally protected from further conversion by the Tiapora.

The next species to be integrated was that of Foxkind, a vulpine race inhabiting a continent southwest of Batosian lands. Foxkind proved themselves to be helplessly vulnerable to conversion by the Tiapora, and the Vulpines suffered a gigantic crime rate caused by Feral Tiapora abducting Fox citizens and converting them into more of themselves, introducing fresh blood and genes into the gene pool. However, much like the Batosians, Foxkind had their own way of dealing with the rampant infestation. Foxkind was a highly Imperialistic Empire, lead by a totalitarian fist. The Tiapora were hunted and flailed on sight. The vicious extermination was all that kept the population in check.

From then on, the Tiapora integrated all walks of life into their genes, ranging from average rats, crocodiles, pigs, to some birds. This, however, has lead to a severe deterioration of their physical being and clouded the gene pool with undesirable traits.

Master Wizard Ulric collected what few pure blooded Tiapora he could and performed experiments on many, carrying some through multiple generations. However the incident that followed spawned a new breed of Tiapora: The Pomharpii. Intelligent, sapient, creative, inquisitive, and most of all they know the extent of their powers. The Pomharpii is considered the ultimate expression of their race, as they hunt their own Ferals and convert them into the sapient breed. Although these intelligent Tiapora are capable of empathy and emotions, they are still parasitic. The abduction rate in Foxkind lands skyrocketed 15%, however violent vandalism has all but vanished.
