I always thought of Plusle and Minun to be two cute chus. It's like they were designed to add even more, adorable fun to the already delightful, Pichu.

The concept here is really cute, too. You can kind of see a story where both are out playing in the forst, or meadow. Each feeling respectively insecure about how they are in diapers while other Pokemon in the area of their age are not.

Then, by chance, they meet and the Plusle is ecstatic about not being the only Pokemon his age still diapers while the Minum, being more bashful, can only blush over how super-duper excited the Plusle is about how they both are still in padding.

In a way, you can hear the Plusle being quite loud for how happy the find is while the Minun is all, "Shh. Shh." and wanting to hide for how he knows other Pokemon will surely show up to see what all the fuss is about.

You did an adorable job of portraying the two. The border, yet again, adds that "Moment in Time" feeling, too. :)
