<LoL!> Howdy does seem quite spirited in this picture. You can almost hear him doing that laugh of his as he yells out the punchline of one his bad jokes.
It is always neat when Howdy is able to do one of his jokes that result in background imagery. He then gets all into it, like you might see here, until Dexter typically informs him of how not funny he is.
The dynamic between Howdy and Dexter is really neat. They are friends, yet rivals at the same time. Both for business and for Pashmina. Though, I don't ever see Pashmina ever given either of the two the time of day.
