Interface is one of my favorite original characters. He's a technopath or Cyberpath... or whatever name you want to call it. He has the ability to control computers with his mind. I created him in the early ninetys when computers weren't quite so ubiquitous for a game set in the future of the Marvel Universe. In that game he's the son of my Telepath character Probe, and the Marvel soldier of Fortune character Paladin. His powers first manifested when he was testing a new cybernetic interface at a tech convention. This resulted in his mind being trapped in the net for six months while his body was in a coma. When he got back, he had used his time on the net to gain a vast array of scientific knowledge and develop amazing coding skills. In any setting I play him in, 'Face is one of the foremost experts on Artificial Intelligence. SAL, short for Sentient Artificial Life, is his holographic assistant. She has a mind of her own, and was deliberately designed to call 'Face out when he's not acting logically.
