I like the idea, but the chains seem out of place, it's like the evolution is based on him receiving some kind of weird steroids.
Honestly it feels more like the evolution is moving towards wearing more leather, and or spike collar stuff, instead of hulking beast.

Yeah, I wanted the the champion phase to run along the line of some of the others, large, fierce but I also wanted the belts/straps to be parts of the designs. I didn't feel that larger straps or leather cuffs were different enough or really fit. I wanted it to have the unleashed beast feel to it. The cuffs and chains I felt still connected the restraint/cuffing aspect, similar to the belts/straps. The 3rd phase should actually probably be more robotic, which tends to be the normal trend of the evolutions, but I'm not a huge fan of that personally, so the connection of the phases was sort of the unleash of power, then that increase, becoming more compact.
But yeah, I see ware you're coming from and did think about it while doing it, but I liked the idea of the chains too much while doing it lol

Well, if that's where you're going, I feel you could easily change the first two, perhaps,
stage one. metal chain That perhaps has some ethreal aspect added to it, the idea being that he's tied to his trainer.
Stage 2, chains added to wrists, with smaller balls around wrists, to restrain him, but he possibly make use of it as a weapon.
then, stage 3 he beasts out and breaks free of any and all restriction.
just thoughts.

Oh come on! Where's the good stuff? Make an explosion or rip off the ground! I (although not a digimon :P) can make others go boom!

I think that the bigger form should be your ultimate but even though I haven't watched digimon in years I know how "awkward" their digivolutions can be sometimes and size doesn't always mean more powerful.
Anyhow I love the chains/shackles and straps. I was always a sucker for digimon with straps.

Dude you totally messed up the digi chart, I'm a big digimon fan, even though I don't post anything on my Furrafinity account. I'm guessing Teaselmon is the champion level at this point. It's suppose to be BoneTeaselmon for your ultimate, and BonTeaselmon for your Mega. Your still missing your baby, In-training, and rookie forms. So it for your baby form could be BabyTeaselmon, MiniTeaselmon for In-training, and ScruffyTeaselmon for Rookie level. These are just suggestions, but usually the first three forms would have different names, and when you hit champion you start to get the baseline.
Rookie, champion, Ultimate for this line. The Egg, fresh and in-training are basically circles and blobs and I didn't want to stretch the picture further to fit them in, ultimately making the image smaller and loosing details in the other forms. Same idea with going to Mega. Ultimately the 3rd one should be mega and the second champion, with a different but simular to champion form for ultimate, but I wanted it to be different. As for the names, meh.
