Chenoa is Akanda's wife. She, him, and their son were originally higher class citizens. Higher class citizens have access to ice cream shops, more comfortable diapers, and better property. Unfortunately, they were accused of helping the resistance and were stripped of those rights. Now, they know how horrible Decimus is and will provide whatever help they can to the resistance.
