One of the very hardest things to do in all of human anatomy is a convincing armpit. It feels like his shoulder should be raised up more, the pectoral more raised along with it, along with the position of the nipple. It should also push the trapezius (back muscle) out a bit more to sort of drape over the shoulder.

Here are some good armpit images.
Also, the hand feels awkward to me, like the fingers are too long, and there should probably be a crease in the wrist. I feel like the eyes are looking in two different directions, and I think that considering the definition of the rest of the torso, the abdominals are overdone, probably would be improved without such a distinct outlining.

it seems to me that the neck is too thick. its almost as thick as the head.
and the elbow on the right ( --> ) seems oddly shaped.
and the abs do seem to be over done. usually there are mostly 6 frontal abdominal muscles that are seen. the first 3 links that Capt. GerBear shows the abs in all 3 pics.
also some practice with drawing hands should improve you
on the good side: i adore the monochrome coloring, its very well done

-HM- HOT HOT HOT!! Wow! I really love this drawing! He is going into my favs. I actually have a friend who looks like that, minus the stomach muscles, he has a big furry belly ;). Well I agree with everything Capt said about the arm pit, right hand, and stomach muscles. The only thing I have to add is maybe the ears are too big for a bear. Good job!!
