Andrew Kramer, aka Interface... a telepathy with the power to control computers. He bolsters his abilities with armor. Misaka Mikoto, aka Railgun, electrokinetic and Academy City's Number 3 Esper. Not quite finished, but I'm pretty happy with it. Normally I draw a background and cut and paste the characters on top of it. This time I used one point perspective and actually drew the background. Hope you like it. I will add the electrical effect around her hand when I color it.
