Strider taking the girls for a (expensive) night out, courtesy of his good will. They're all friends he cares for, some more than others, and he's treating them to a night out to a ballroom gala. Lucky for him, Victorie and Akane know how to dance.

The girls may be pets and consorts, but they're also his partners, friends and companions and it goes without saying that he cares for them, and this is his way of giving back.
Normally, Strider would be working security at an event like this, but since it's a charity ball he wanted to take them for a fun night out. Mira was once a homeless girl, so this is the first time the kitty's ever dressed up in something so elegant.
And Victorie and Akane look right at home on either side.
