Meet Aquadragonette (designed 2004 until its end at 2008), the emperor of the 24th century flying fish race, who developed his underwater colony during post-apocalyptic world. Humans had left Earth, leaving the flying fish race behind where the highly-advanced technology were developed to spread throughout Atlantic Ocean. The flying fish are now preserving nature on the land and restored everything that human beings have abolished.

In 2179 He created new machines, computers and other things compatible for water more than just air. And then, cybernetic transformation was made. (So it's more like science-fiction, right? XD)
He is the only one who wears loincloth (I loved loinclothes since that time XP)

Before the departure of human race at the end of 22th century, Aquadragonette met in the United Nations, (he and his race were known by people, now they were working for them). He said that he and his race promise for the restoration of polluted oceans, ravaged forests, melted polar caps, fouled atmosphere and dirtied nations after many world wars. The world leaders agreed after few weeks of negotiation, so they left their homeworld for another colonization until the Earth is cleaned.

While they were cleaning up the mess around the world, but not enough to complete the global restoration, new technology has made. Instead of manual cybernetic amplification, they created a "blue gem" for the heart of flying fish. When the gem implants one person, his body become cybernetic, but it is removable if he want to go back to real self. Transportation created to move on to the space age. They captured barracudas (the one of them that killed Marlin's family is inspired) and become their guardians.

He created his depth empire, and renamed the RMS Titanic to AMT Titanium.

However, everything was changed when a new mutation out of flying fish generation: The Slimefish, created by accident in biological laboratory. These jellyfish-like morphs plagued some of the seas. If one cyborg flying fish touches it, he will be shut down its energy, and its organic life dies.

Aquadragonette sent one of his kind to go to the past using a Time Door, to stop the creation of new species, but his time set was changed when a Slimefish attacked, thus sent the Door to 2003.

In the present time, Tag found the door...

If you guys think it's based on General Grievous from Star Wars Episode III (released on May 2005) that's wrong :P. I loved mech warriors and Zoids anime since 2004, so I applied these to the new story. After I watched that star wars 3 movie, I started that he was so similar to my character...that amazed me a lot when someone is officially known than me. XD

Today, as his main story was cancelled, he becomes a character for Shock Dragoon and Laserblade.
