Oh gods, that water monster. I haven't played the game, and don't want to. I saw someone play it though, and she hates horror games, and Amnesia worst of all.

Man, that water monster is a perfect example of "Nothing is Scarier". I never saw anything, just the water moving and splashing... and since seeing monsters hurts you in that game, it's set up so that you're still scared of it! Far as I know, it's the one monster you never see in that game, and you're never sure if you want to.

Fastest way to give somebody a phobia of flooded basements...
