When I doodle, I usually start with the head. I dunno why. But for this one, I sketched in the head, then did the body stance, and each pair of limbs matching one another. Funny - I've had that in a book for years, but never applied it....when you draw one arm, draw the other at the same time, same for the legs, so they work off one another.
