I have based this drawing on a dream-fantasy that i had when I was little and people considered disturbing or ugly but for me it was beautiful.
The Eye Ritual is made in an alive island with a giant eye on it, the eye's veins sink in the ground as roots, the sea is made out of the eye's blood and tears. Each year smaller eyes grow up on the lashes-branches of this main eye. People get together round the eye in order to feast it and to celebrate a true friendship ritual, which consists in looking yourselves in the eye's reflection. If your friendship is true and eternal, the Eye will offer you two eyes from its lashes so they always represent the genuine friendship between your hearts

El fondo es... Demasiado épico, parece sacado de una peli de Miyazaki! O.O Y luego las figuras... me encanta su pose y el efecto de tener parte del cuerpo en el mar, por no decir que el reflejo es muy bueno! Eso sí, el único fallo que veo es... las ondas en el agua. por delannte bien, por detrás se plegan de un modo raro.
