Markus volunteered for testing of the gas recovered from Titan Mines in exchange for a quarter million credit bonus. I've tried to talk him out of it but he is convinced that with the money, we can find a new life in the city, maybe even a job serving directly under the GGC.
...I trust him, I really do. But an experiment like this has me on edge. We still have no idea how the gas could effect him. They assure me it's not toxic, but I don't see the need to rush into live human testing when we really have no idea what it can do.
