And NO! This is not Mpreg, I don't do mpreg, I don't like mpreg. Cat forms (and druid forms in general) in WoW don't differ whether the character is male or female so thats the reason Blood-feather's cat form looks the way it does.
This is throwback to my character Blood-feather whom you might remember from these pictures, http://viper9000.deviantart.com/art.....7309&qo=12 and http://viper9000.deviantart.com/art.....7309&qo=11, still pregnant but now in her cat form. I kept the same features you'd normally see on Blood-feather like her scar, her necklace, and etc.
