He asked me to help design his character who is kinda supposed to be a visual representation of missingno or an anti-arceus, and this is the result!

Thanks! I tried to make sure it stayed cohesive while still incorporating everything the original character design base had. Turned out pretty well!

Makes me feel like it's a fusion of Robo-cop's aura of command mixed with the epic robots of Gundam fame. And a mystical ring thrown in for a back-mounted device.
