Super Stretch can shift his body (or portions of same) into a super-malleable state, enabling him to stretch, compress, expand, deform, elongate, contract or otherwise reshape his physical form at will. He can stretch his limbs, neck and torso to incredible lengths, though extending himself beyond approximately 1500 feet is a serious physical strain. When assuming non-humanoid shapes, he tends to favor simple constructs such as barricades, canopies, cylinders, cubes, nets, parachutes and spheres, generally assuming a volume of no greater than 1.7 cubic feet (though he can expand far beyond that volume if the shape he forms is thin-shelled and hollow). He can render himself paper-thin, or become slim enough in diameter to thread the eye of a needle. His malleable form renders him relatively immune to most conventional impacts; for instance, bullets fired into his body tend to bounce back at the shooter, and he can bodily contain small explosions. It is almost impossible to lacerate or puncture his skin unless he consciously allows such penetrations. By reshaping his features, Chris can disguise himself at will.

Well He was quite the chameleon...His costume went this to 2-tone Green - Purple - Red - Orange And Grey...s
I considered him better than FANTASTC....Seeing in all the previous Animated versions of the FF,Stretcho might do his thing maybe 3 times an episode.....In the premiere,Super Stretch morphed or stetched 12 times...and that was 10-minute segment!

Hey you got that right about filmation dude.They had cut out a nice slice of saturday mornings cartoons.Yea i rember star trek,fat albert,tarzzan,the archies,sabrina the teenaged witch,The fabous funnies,superman,the teen titians,the flash.auquman,gillian island,m.u.s.h.the adventures of waldo kittty.And many more, i don,t even want to think about.What saturday mornings would be like if filmation was not around.I love there cartoons and some of filmation cartoons are being release on dvds.Well time for me to get off the soapbox.
