It sounds nice generally, although something with that thing at 2:45 just didn't compute in my ears. I don't know, maybe if I listened to it repeatedly enough (like a minute or two) I'd know if I feel notes should be changed or something.
Also, you should try ramping the bass instead of throwing it in instantaneously (actually, this both applies to introducing and outroducing the bass), and see what you get.
