I don't normally post stuff like this, but I am SUPER proud right now. I am finally getting back to the body I used to have and that I've wanted to return to for over 10 yrs now. It has been a long journey and one I am NEVER putting back down. I will continue to eat right and do right by myself and my body.

Be gentle and kind to yourself, but push yourself.
Hard work always pays off, even if we can't see it in the day to day.

Just always honor where you are at today, knowing you can only do as much as you can today. If you can do more tomorrow, awesome, but that's for tomorrow. Same for the eating and the rest of it to. Being gentle and honoring yourself in the time that you currently are in is HUGELY important :)

Thank you! and Its for a convention in Portland Oregon called Newcon! It celebrates...well..EVERYTHING!! And it's all to bring in the new year. I'm sure if I start today, I will be able to look better by RainFurrist here soon. Just not fully done till then. =3

Im stealing this workout and starting on it tomorrow. But Summer vacation, im being taken to some island my roommates go to every year somewhere along the east coast and I have never been able to actually swim in the ocean because I lived in Washington and it was always freezing or raining and I am determined to look good. Vacation is not until July. I have time to slowly build back and get back to my old level of fitness. I am not over weight or anything but since I stopped playing lacrosse I have lost so much muscle. I am excited to start this
