There's a digital version of this in my gallery somewhere. When Three arrived on earth for the first time she spent seven years in the basement of a man in Germany named Nicolas Soren who used her to try and harness her immortality. He was partially successful, but got careless and Three killed him and escaped. The stick she's holding is the remains of a walking stick Dr. Soren carried with him that she bludgeoned him to death with. Her clothing is a mishmash of things she dug out of his closet and covered herself with.

He'd managed to make himself considerably younger by stealing some of her immortality. She escaped by pretending to be a stupid animal and eventually he forgot to restrain her when he went to clean the machines and she grabbed his cane and beat him to death.
This expression is so spot-on. The ragged look of her fur matches, too.
Almost reminds of the old cartoon saw where a long-term prisoner is escaping and breaks the fourth wall by looking at the viewer and saying "I was a human being once." Then runs off screaming and laughing insanely.
