Jazz is a Floatzel. There's nothing particularly fancy or unusual about Jazz; he looks just like any other Floatzel. What sets Jazz apart from the rest of the Floatzels out there is his personality, which can't be described in such simple words. You'll know what I mean if you've read Middle of Nowhere, Helpless, or even Teaching the Tango.

This little ditty I did when I had a little free time and felt in the mood to draw. I was in the presence of my family, otherwise I probably would have used the time to write, but I decided to make the most of that time and draw my second favorite sea weasel Pokemon, Floatzel. Although I am far more partial to Buizels than I am to Floatzels, a Floatzel is fine too. I originally did it in pencil, refined the lines and added color in Flash, and then actually opted to do shading and the fancy name thing in Photoshop, just to see how it looked as opposed to the cel-shaded-like shading jobs I usually do... whenever I draw. Oh yeah, no background because I'm lazy. May randomly add said background at an undetermined later date.

Well, I'm about 9 or 10 drawings behind on my resolution of one drawing a week. That sucks. Although, in comparison to the majority of things I'm behind on in general, I shouldn't complain. I hate not having free time / not being able to procrastinate. :V
