First, I'm glad to see that you were able to make Baal'Rasha as I saw him my head. You have fully complied with the details, as well as his anatomy.
The colors are beautiful, like the shadows and the lights.
You draw well his clothes, he is very attractive, even more than on his reference sheet. XD
