It’s early in the morning and Fenn just got up. He couldn’t wait to put on his new pants, which he got from his friend. It seems, he really likes the feeling of this thin cloth… ^^

Yes, I do draw "less muscled" characters, too. Though I have no special preference.
And I got such pants, too... they are VERY comfortable. ^^"

Time to rise and shine~.
But so very pretty. Great pose, lighting and colours man. Though the anatomy/musculature i think is especially well done, great proportions etc..it all looks good. This Fenn dude is sure handsome, quite sexy too with his athletically lean slender bod, nice figure. You rendered him really well imo .
Anyways awesome arts as ever RC, keep up the sweet work :)xx.
PS. Those pants do indeed look very comfortable, quite the supportive pair im sure XD.

Yes, rise and shine, boy! ^^" *snickers*
As for the anatomy: once again, I've used a human model for reference. I got this from an "male underwear model", hehehehe.
He looked so great, I had to use his body.
Like I said... human references are usually best! And when MY body isn't sufficient, I browse through magazines and websites... to find a perfect human body.
And yepp, these pants are just... GREAT! XD
I can tell.
THANKS for the comment!!!!

Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaawwwwww... now I can die in peace, too. ^_^
Seriously... thanks.
I just wanted to go to bed when I read your comment. It really made my day.
I mean... it's great that you like it so much. Mission accomplished, hehehe.
It's been a pleasure and I also like slimmer body types for a change, too. And I gotta admit the colouring, the pattern and head design have been a challange.
So then... glad I could create this nice gift to you.
Thanks for your words... that's all I need. ^_^

The head is the only thing that caught my attention strongly XD because it has lots of details on it, though is not stealing the full pic either. I also notice that you add some patterns for the scales and another for the pants, that works good for both textures, even if it´s a little discreat ;D
Yeah, the body is rather humanoid and normal... except for the green pattern. But the head was a difficult part, indeed. Took me 3 hours for the head ONLY! :P
And yes, you once asked me about using textures... here it is: pants and skin got a texture! A very fine, delicate one. And you see, it works!!

Yep it definitly works ^^ It shows the idea of different surfaces and textures from the others.
But the walls are a bit different in my case. Once I get that break, I´ll like to show you the final sketch of my tentative work and you´ll see what am I asking about the walls to show it more convincing

Oh wow. o.=.o Like, my first thought when I saw this was "Hes rich! Hes got gems growing out of his head!" X3 It seriously looks very well done. Honestly, I love the shading more than anything. It seems to flow and shift in some areas but in others its hard shading which helps add to realism in my eyes. Plus the color of his skin reminds me of emeralds. o.=.o So alluring! Well done Reptile!
