So, because class was kind of slow today, here we have Mightyena as Wild Dog, Giovanni as...Giovanni. With a gun. I dunno why. We also have the weaponized nuclear surveillance satellite, modeled after the one in Time Crisis 2, codenamed ARCEUS. See all, know all, control all. Sounds like a worthy Team Rocket scheme to me.
