My thoughts on 9-11, twelve years later
September 11th, 2001… A day I’ll never forget…
I was in third grade back when this happened… and I’ll never forget watching it on tv before going to school. I was 8, so it was really hard to wrap my head around what was happening. This, in my opinion was one of the worst things to ever happen to the US. We had to turn off the news due to every time the video was replayed; my brother thought it was happening again. It was the moment that the US had to stand strong against those who did this horrible act… and even 12 years later, we still need to be strong for those who were killed in the twin towers, the pentagon, and Shanksville, PA. May god bless the families of the over 2,000 killed in the attack. God bless the United States of America.
