A touch of photoshop is just quickly sharpening/darkening certain lines, as well as throwing down the sparkly bits (5-10 min?). Then putting on some overalys, and doing color edits (15-20? it's a lot of dicking around and trying out different edits and undoing and redoing so it takes a bit longer here).
