yeah it was done in shi painter the version thats on oekaki central makes you do twice the work as normal shi painter so thats why when I zoomed in closer to the picture which is actually only 300x300 on the oekaki board I was able to get a screenshot of the same picture at 900x900 *hisses at oekaki central shi painter*
