It has to do with a story that hellfiresfury wrote... The wolf is a human/wolf hybrid, bred for combat, and the girl is his keeper who falls in love with him. A very no-no thing in that particular world...

Neat! Yeah, it's a pretty sad pic, illustrating a sad tale. The girl falls in love with her charge, a wolf/human hybrid, who was treated as nothing more than self-directed weapon: this love is a forbidden thing in that universe... They have to sneak around to be together. He's been so abused and so without real, loving contact, that he has no idea of how to deal with this young woman who wants him so much, thus the somewhat pole-axed look on his face.

Well, I figured we see dog's penile sheaths all the time- we don't make them wear a cover on it. And he's not erect, so thus the general tag. And WTF? You got barred from anything above mature? Whut? Um, are you under 18? Just curious.
As for the look on his face- have you ever seen a dog that's just gotten startled or surprised by something? They look JUST like that. Heh. On a humanoid figure, I thought the arms would come up in almost a defensive posture and the head would go down as the jaw dropped open, again, defensive. The tail is doing similar things, trying to come up between the legs, but other things being in the way, went to side, instead, for lack of anywhere to go. If you read the story, you learn that he's had NO positive or affectionate touch in his entire life- he has NO idea what to do in this situation.
As for the look on his face- have you ever seen a dog that's just gotten startled or surprised by something? They look JUST like that. Heh. yea im 17 -_-; and someone evidently bitched out a picture I had up here for A YEAR of my wound and they also blocked me from submiting "mature" stuff so now i cant do the story i was gonna do for 11 months. *is now trying to type with broken glasses as his just snapped into pieces while on his face* i saw this happening all the way from yesterday too....

Bummer, but you have to understand that the site needs to protect themselves from legal-action, too, not just the younger folks in the membership. No-one likes the idea of accusations of encouraging pedophiles or sexual predators... But, stick with it, hun, you'll get your access soon enough.
As for the "general" tag-I was under the impression that was left to my own disgression. If someone of the admin has some difficulties with it- they can come talk to me about it. They'd better, or my respect for their policies will go into the toilet if the image tag is changed without my knowledge. But, so far, it doesn't seem to be a problem. hmm, perhaps I'll go and look over the rules again, since I don't recall any issues with seeing genital areas on an anthro character.
