Slipstream is a powerful aerokinetic. He is very confident in his abilities and will often taunt his opponents to further infuriate them. As a hero he is very charismatic, outgoing, and very sociable. As a civilian though he is somewhat reserved and while not unsocial, he will typically keep to himself at gatherings. He deliberately creates a vast difference in his personas to prevent villains from catching on to the fact that the same blind hero that kicks their asses is also a timid computer nerd.
