a dog that I know (but not mine) died about a month ago, probably the same reason. She was old. Her hair was falling out and was getting thinner...It was sad. I liked that dog.

I hate to see pets go...*cries* I have experienced it and will have to again...

*hugs comfortingly* We had to do that for our dog years ago. She was an outdoors dog and getting too old and would get lost and confused then cold winter snap came in and just wasn't going to make it through it. :( At least you had many good years together.

Cici is sad now....T_T Reminds me of my dog Shadow...he was blind and semi-deaf, and before we could put him down, he played in traffic, cause the people across the street fed him. On his way back he got hit.

Sincerely sorry to hear about your four-legged family member... It's always difficult to lose a friend... The one small consolation is that Pinky will surely be waiting patiently for you to rejoin him one day at the Rainbow Bridge. In the mean time, hope he runs into my beloved Bouvier, Khan and my long-suffering Chow-Chow, Sung...

*hugs* i,m sorry for your loss at least he,s no longer suffering, i am always affraid that soon we,ll lose our oldest dog *jaboa* last winter was more rough on her the other years we thought we might have to put her down but thankfully didn,t though i,m not sure she,ll make it through another winter.
