Thanks fur the watchin!! Its relatively easy working with latex, the labor-intensive part is building the mold. Clay sculptures are the easiest bit, then from there its figuring out how to work with gravity and get the plaster to stay in one area when you go to make the mold... quite really, you build lakes of plaster, which then harden into mold peices. conceptually easy, but in all reality it can get a bit messy... the end results, however, are quite fun!!

iffin ya need any tips, lemme know! good to start with small stuff and work your way up: Oil clay for sculpting with (and building dams), and hydrocal or ultracal for the mold material.

Heh: I haven't made these in awhile... I oughtta think about redoing the mold for this one as it was one of my Early early molds...

Dunno fully yet, prolly around the same as the standard gas masks plus a bit more as I have to deal with foam also on these...

I think you should bring this back.
I'm sure there are a bunch of people who'd love to see this made, myself included. :3
