It's a tad difficult to sleep in on a weekend. The sun's rays trickle in to my bedroom
and touch my eyelids, starting the cycle of another day. Next thing I know, I just can't
stay sleeping and want to take full advantage of the fantastic weather by going for a swim
or lounging on the beach.

The new twist this summer has been cycling with friends and exploring all there is to see
on two wheels. Pedalling my way to and from work has worked wonders for my mood and my
legs.

As summer turns to fall, I will continue to pedal my days away. Sure, I might be wrapped
in a second layer of lycra, but the feel of the breeze on my face and the anticipation of
a beer at the end of a ride will still remain a part of my life.

Here I am, tummy full of beer and smoked meat, resting in the grass after a long ride,
soaking up the waning rays at the ebbing of this lovely season. Soon, there will be chilly
mornings and leaves rustling in my wake on the bike path. The rain will eventually return,
but for now...allow me to bask in the satisfaction of another wolf-powered journey.

I truly hope you all can ride with me some day.
